Palate: Fresh, persistent citrus aromas with hints of lime and grapefruit. Slight notes of red fruit.

To drink: Between 10° and 12°C.
To serve: Aperitif, charcuterie platter, grilled meat or fish, ideal for southern and summer cuisine.

ASSEMBLY : grenache 82%, syrah 13%, clairette 3% and cinsault 2%.
YIELD: between 45hl and 50hl/hectare
AVERAGE AGE OF VINES: between 20 and 30 years
SOIL: sandy-silt and limestone
VINIFICATION: night harvest, direct pressing, thermo regulated fermentation (16°-18°)
