Robe: Pale with bluish highlights.
Nose: Gourmet. Aromatic orchard fruit, nectarine, peach in syrup.
Palate: Very round. Dynamic, lively attack. Scents of peach and apricot. Nice freshness with a slightly saline finish.

To drink: Between 10° and 12°C
To serve: Aperitifs, salads, gambas, tapas, salmon a la plancha.
