TASTING:

Colour: Candy pink with clear bluish highlights

Nose: Very intense, aromas of red fruit, strawberry and raspberry, with hints of pineapple, orange peel, white peach in syrup and sweet amyl.

Palate: Gourmet, round, with notes of red fruit. Very well balanced between volume and acidity.

To consume: Within the year

To drink : Between 10° and 12°C

Serve with: As an aperitif with tapenade and fine charcuterie, stuffing, summer salad, grilled meat or fish, fresh goat's cheese.
