OUR APPROACH
In a concern of total transparency on our oenological practices of quality and on the control of any risk on the health of the consumer, the Cave du Luberon is certified on the reference frame of complementary requirements of Agriconfiance.
This quality system is oriented on food safety since the implementation of sustainable viticulture in the maintenance of biodiversity in the vineyard.
This approach is extended to all our products claimed in PDO Ventoux and PDO Luberon.
Agriconfiance is based on the reciprocity of trust values between producers and customers.
We also have the Organic Agriculture certification for 5 products sold at the cellar: Balade in AOP Ventoux, l'Orée des Champs in AOP Luberon (in the 3 colors), Calabrun in IGP Méditerranée (in Bag In Box 5L in the three colors) and Galopin in the 3 colors.
This quality approach is the initiative of producers whose vineyard management is respected until the packaging.
The control of our waste is also at the heart of our concerns. This is why we quantify and sort our waste rigorously and carry out a treatment of our effluents.
