TASTING: Pale pink in color, this cuvée presents notes of citrus fruits, small red berries and white notes of citrus, small red berries and white Penja pepper on the finish. Fineness and freshness characterize this rosé. PAIRING: Mediterranean tapas, flambéed prawns and strawberry tart for dessert.
