The Luberon
The wines of the Luberon are the most southern wines of the Rhone Valley. Our vineyard is located on the northern slope of the Luberon (Ménerbes, Oppede, Maubec, Robion) on soils with a dominant limestone content and numerous stony outcrops. This particular exposure gives our wines a lot of freshness and elegance.
The grape varieties
We produce wines in AOP Luberon in the 3 colors.
White grape varieties: Rolle, Grenache white, Clairette white
Red grape varieties: Syrah, Grenache, Carignan
The Ventoux
Our vineyards are located on the southern slopes of the Monts de Vaucluse (in the communes of Lagnes, Cabrières d'Avignon and Gordes).
Our AOP Ventoux wines have an assertive character, roundness and a great aromatic richness. They are generous and sun-drenched wines.
The grape varieties
We produce AOP Ventoux wines in all three colors.
White grape varieties: Grenache, Clairette and Viognier reveal aromas of orchard fruits and flowers.
Red grape varieties: Syrah and Grenache are full-bodied and heady.
IGP Mediterranean
We also offer PGI wines that respect precise production specifications, guaranteeing transparency and quality.

White grape varieties: Chardonnay, Viognier, Sauvignon, Grenache blanc
Red grape varieties: Merlot, Carignan, Grenache noir, Marselan, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah
Rosé grape varieties: Muscat de Hambourg, Syrah, Carignan, Merlot
The selections
All of our PDO and PGI vineyards are visited and controlled by a vineyard technician in order to select the best parcels for the vinification of the different terroirs.
The Cave du Luberon is registered in an environmental approach linked to the preservation of the biodiversity in the vineyard, to the reduction of the impact on the environment and the health of the consumer as well as that of the wine grower. This approach is also a guideline concerning the traceability of the management of the vineyard over the seasons for a total transparency on the optimization of the global process of elaboration of wines.
Controls of possible residues of phytosanitary products are carried out at each vintage in order to verify the good control of the practices of our wine growers.
