TASTING:

Appearance: garnet with violet highlights.

Nose: Floral and black fruit (blackcurrant) aromas, fresh red berries, fresh blueberry jam, ripe raspberry, mild spicy notes.

Palate: Luscious and ample from the outset, with good structure. Very soft tannins.

Finish: Wrapped in notes of blackcurrant and licorice, with good aromatic persistence.

TIPS:

Shelf life : : Up to 7 years

To drink : Between 16° and 18°C

Serve with: Roast quail, beef stew, herb-grilled lamb chop.
