A haute couture rosé! This Ventoux rosé is made from a selection of the best free-run juice (70% Grenache and 30% Syrah), which is then aged for 8 months in barrels, with stirring of the lees. With its gala, luminous pastel-pink color, this rosé opens with a complex palette of aromas: raspberry, redcurrant, exotic fruit... Vanilla and caramel notes add to a supple, precise and very elegant palate. The balance between roundness and a fresh, long finish is perfectly orchestrated. "Évoé" is the ritual cry uttered by the Bacchae in honor of Dyonisos.
