Nose: Very fresh, citrus (grapefruit, tangerine, lemon).
Palate: Fresh, persistent citrus aromas with hints of lime and grapefruit. Slight notes of red fruit.

To enjoy: Within the year.
To drink: Between 10° and 12°C.
To serve: Aperitif, charcuterie platter, grilled meat or fish, ideal for southern and summer cuisine.
