Pale yellow color with golden highlights. Good clarity and brightness.
Nose :
Very good intensity, with floral aromas of hawthorn and acacia, and a hint of honey and white fruit jam.
Mouth
Smooth, round attack, with balanced freshness; aromas of ripe white-fleshed fruit.
The finish is persistent with floral notes and a slight sweetness.

- Asian cuisine (sushi, lightly spiced dishes).
- Soft cheeses (Brie, Camembert).
- White fruit or citrus desserts (lemon tart, fruit salad).
- Aperitif.

Appearance: Bigarreau with violet highlights.
Nose: Very ripe aromas of jammy strawberry and blueberry, fresh notes of redcurrant and ripe raspberry. Black olive, spices and licorice. Great aromatic complexity.
Palate: Coated tannins, superb concentration.
Finish: Smooth and long, with jammy, spicy notes.

To keep: Up to 5 years
To drink: Between 16° and 18°C
Serve with: Red meat (rib of beef with pepper, lamb), game
