Nose : Aromas of ripe red fruits and spices. Notes of garrigue and myrtle. Palate: Gourmet and fresh. Supple tannins, with good aromatic length. Aromas of ripe red fruit and myrtle. BLENDING: 10% Grenache noir and 90% Syrah YIELD: 30hl/hectare VINES: over 30 years old HARVESTING: 100% manual TERROIR: Calcareous molasse, sand and marl, with a Mediterranean climate. VINIFICATION: long maceration in vats for 3 weeks. -
