TASTING:

Appearance: garnet-red with bluish highlights
Nose: very fresh, with aromas of red berries, strawberry, raspberry and blackcurrant. A hint of jam, with notes of laurel.
Palate: supple, with light, well-coated tannins. Finish: soft, with fresh fruit and good length.

To drink: between 1 and 2 years
To drink: between 15° and 16°C
Serve with: aperitifs, charcuterie, mixed salads, grilled meats...
