TASTING:
Robe: dark purple with purple highlights.
Nose : jammy black fruits (blueberry, blackberry), crushed strawberry,
sweet spices, black pepper and black olive.
Palate: soft and ample, melted tannins.
Finish: very long, ripe fruit, crunchy, a nice sweetness.

TIPS:
To keep : : up to 5 years
To drink : between 16° and 18°C
To be served with : leg of lamb, duck breast, roast duck with ceps
