TERROIR : Calcareous molasse, sandy and marl, with a Mediterranean climate.
VINIFICATION: long maceration in vats for 3 weeks.

TASTING : Dark ruby red color with bluish reflections.

Nose: Aromas of ripe red fruits and spices. Notes of garrigue and myrtle.

Palate: greedy and fresh. Supple tannins, with a beautiful aromatic length. Aromas of ripe red fruits and myrtle.
